01 — The food

Three cultures. One table.

French technique meets the generosity of Portuguese produce and the vibrant flavours of Brazil.

The cooking moves freely between these three influences — familiar French foundations, local Portuguese ingredients, Brazilian warmth and a touch of the unexpected. The result is generous, precise and instinctive, made for sharing, discovering and coming back. Everything is homemade, with local, seasonal produce.

03 — The wines

Bottles to share.

Portuguese wines from the Douro to the Alentejo, a few French references and some surprises. A list chosen to go with the food without ever taking itself too seriously — by the glass or by the bottle.

04 — The chef

Philippe Remondeau.

French by birth, Brazilian by experience, Portuguese by adoption.

For more than thirty years, Philippe has built his cooking across cultures and continents — from Porto Alegre, where he opened Chez Philippe, to Lisbon. At Cajou, the journey continues in Graça.

05 — The place

A corner of Graça, a terrace.

An intimate place where food comes first and the table is for sharing. On sunny days, the terrace extends the dining room into one of Lisbon's most authentic neighbourhoods, a short walk from the miradouros.
