Chef Philippe Remondeau in the kitchen
French by birth, Brazilian by experience, Portuguese by adoption.

For more than three decades, Philippe Remondeau has built his cooking across cultures and continents. From his early years in Porto Alegre, where he opened Chez Philippe, to Lisbon, his cooking has always followed the same instinct — bringing together French technique, Portuguese produce and Brazilian influences.

At Cajou, the journey continues in Graça, in a more intimate place where food comes first, where the table is shared and where every dish carries a small piece of the road travelled.
